Be aware! You are placing a pre-order.
Our Picholine olive oils are currently out of stock, but a fresh shipment is arriving in January. To make sure you have access to our olive oils with the highest levels of polyphenols, we are offering pre-orders, a simple way to reserve your bottles in advance.
What is a pre-order? A pre-order allows you to purchase your olive oil before the new stock arrives. This ensures that your order is prioritized and fulfilled as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse in January.
How it works:
- Place your order today just as you normally would.
- Complete your payment at checkout to reserve your bottles.
- Once our new stock arrives in January, your order will automatically ship, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Choosing to pre-order guarantees that you’ll receive your olive oil from the upcoming batch and that you avoid waiting lists or even the risk of missing out. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us. We are here to answer your questions.
- If you order the Picholine in combination with olive oils that are currently still in stock, you will receive the olive oils that are in stock, but you have to wait until 2026 to receive the Picholine (no additional shipping costs)
Description of the olive oil: This extra virgin olive oil is made from the cold extraction of 100% Picholine olives. Picholine is originally a French olive variety that is called ‘Judoleine’ in Tunisia. In France, the Picholine olives are predominantly consumed as table olives rather than olive oil, but in Tunisia the olives are turned into fantastic, robust and polyphenol-rich olive oil. This Picholine contains the highest polyphenol content in our current range of olive oils. It has a fruity aroma with hints of grass, olive leaf and mint. It pairs well with dishes with strong flavors such as stews, grilled meat or fish, and oven dishes. The Picholine has won golden medals in various prestigious international olive oil competitions (New York, London and Athens) and is the winner of a golden medal in BIOL, Italy (2024). The BIOL award is one of the most important international awards dedicated to extra virgin olive oil produced using organic farming techniques. Also, the Picholine is awarded as "Best olive oil of Tunisia" in the EVOOLEUM World's TOP 100 Extra Virgin Olive Oils Guide.
*The lab-tested polyphenol value of the latest harvest was 1,857 mg/kg. The new batch of Picholine might have a slightly different polyphenol value due to the climate and moment of harvesting.
