This organic extra virgin olive oil is made from 100% Cabrançosa olives. Cabrançosa is an Portuguese olive variety and our first truly European olive oil. It is early harvested and cold pressed on the certified organic farm US8 Alfândega da Fé in the region of Porto, Portugal, where this native variety is grown using regenerative practices.

Our Cabrançosa olive oil has lively and intense fresh green aromas of freshly cut grass, green almond, artichoke and green pepper.

This olive oil is best enjoyed over cooked vegetables, salads, legumes, fish, bread or potatoes.
