This extra virgin olive oil is made from the cold extraction of 100% Arbosana olives. Arbosana is an originally Spanish olive variety that matures quite late in the orchard. This olive oil has a fruity and grassy flavor, slightly nutty tones and a medium pungency. It pairs well with summer salads, eggs, goat cheese, toasted bread and sweet desserts. Winner of golden medals in various prestigious international olive oil competitions including in BIOL, Italy (2024). The BIOL award is one of the most important international awards dedicated to extra virgin olive oil produced using organic farming techniques.
