Be aware! You are placing a pre-order.

Our Chetoui olive oils are currently out of stock, but a fresh shipment is arriving in January 2026. To make sure you have access to our olive oils with the highest levels of polyphenols, we are offering pre-orders, a simple way to reserve your bottles in advance.

What is a pre-order? A pre-order allows you to purchase your olive oil before the new stock arrives. This ensures that your order is prioritized and fulfilled as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse in January.

How it works:

  1. Place your order today just as you normally would.
  2. Complete your payment at checkout to reserve your bottles.
  3. Once our new stock arrives in January, your order will automatically ship, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Choosing to pre-order guarantees that you’ll receive your olive oil from the upcoming batch and that you avoid waiting lists or even the risk of missing out. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us. We are here to answer your questions.
  4. If you order the Chetoui in combination with olive oils that are currently still in stock, you will receive the olive oils that are in stock, but you have to wait until 2026 to receive the Chetoui (no additional shipping costs)

Description of the olive oil: This extra virgin olive oil is made from the cold extraction of 100% Chetoui olives. Chetoui is a 100% Tunisian olive variety constituting 20% of the Tunisian olive oil production. The variety is famous for its robustness and high polyphenol values. The trees only give olive fruits once every two years. This olive oil has a robust character with aromas of freshly cut grass, artichoke, and rucola, and has a high pungency (spiciness). It pairs well with eggs, vegetables, meat-dishes, stews, and flavorsome cheeses. The Chetoui has won golden medals in various prestigious international olive oil competitions (New York, London and Italy) and is the winner of a golden medal in BIOL, Italy (2024). The BIOL award is one of the most important international awards dedicated to extra virgin olive oil produced using organic farming techniques.

*The lab-tested polyphenol value of the latest harvest was 1,573 mg/kg. The new batch of Chetoui might have a slightly different polyphenol value due to the climate and moment of harvesting.
